ABOUT JAY J. RABALAIS, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT:
Prior to starting his own CPA practice, Jay J. Rabalais' career has encompassed over 11 years of accounting, tax, and audit experience.  Jay graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a B.S. in Accounting.  For the next 3 years, Jay worked as a Legislative Auditor as a governmental auditor.  In 2001, Jay took over as Controller at I-55 Internet Services in Hammond, Louisiana.  Jay worked as controller for I-55 until their merger with XfoneUSA, a publicly traded telecom company.  Jay was maintained as Controller for Xfone, and was eventually promoted to Corporate Treasurer.  In 2007, in order to be closer to home, Jay worked as the Senior Accountant at First Guaranty Bank in Hammond Louisiana.  At FGB, Jay was primarily responsible for the monthly preparation of the financial statements and all other internal and managerial reports requirements.  In 2009, Jay decided to pursue his passion full-time and began his CPA practice in May of 2009.

Jay's vast experience in accounting, taxes, and auditing has broaden his professional skills that enables him to provide an excellent quality of value-added services to each and every one of our clients.
